Opportunity
We treat our consultants as individuals, giving them the resources they need to deliver bespoke solutions that satisfy their particular clients’ requirements. Training and Development
We have thrown out appraisals in favour of Personal Development Plans which we discuss, measure, review and modify with each consultant on a regular basis. We understand that even the most senior consultants can benefit from personally selected training courses, not necessarily in recruitment.

Flexibility
As well as hot desking in our offices, you can log on to our server remotely from anywhere in the world - and Blackberry is available for anyone who needs it. We are also aware that our employees have a life outside work and we are always willing to accommodate this within a career at Regent Consulting.
