We have thrown out appraisals in favour of Personal Development Plans which we discuss, measure, review and modify with each consultant on a regular basis. We understand that even the most senior consultants can benefit from personally selected training courses, not necessarily in recruitment.

As well as hot desking in our offices, you can log on to our server remotely from anywhere in the world - and Blackberry is available for anyone who needs it.
