Opportunity to join a newly formed Global Services team with this market lading Systems management vendor, The Solutions Architects will need to be an expert in the application of Systems Management products and solutions as well as being able to manage and control complex implementations. Technical knowledge and skills will be of paramount importance in this role but there will also be a need for strong communication skills as the individual will need to evangelize the role both internally and externally with the customer.

• Recent proven experience in a professional services role with a global software company.
• Deep technical knowledge of one or more mainstream systems management products e.g. Tivoli, HP, BMC or CA.
• Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, network devices, database and industry standard applications such as Exchange, SAP, Oracle etc.
• Strong scripting skills and experience preferably in Perl, Java and Visual Basic.
• Proven experience in developing field based customer software solutions.
• Broad knowledge of the systems management domain and the ability to consult on the subject with customers and partners.
• Proven project management skills
• Training skills - ability to develop and delivery high quality training courses.
