Description
Responsible for delivering consistently against the license, services and support billings goals for the Northern European sales Operation (UK. Eire and Nordics), play an instrumental role in managing and developing the sales organisation, focusing upon aggressive revenue growth and new customer acquisition, by building and managing a network of new and existing channel partner relationships. Reporting directly into the VP World Wide sales the GM Northern Europe will have extensive experience managing European sales teams within the IT Security arena. Strong track record in sales and sales management within both direct and channels sales.
Full experience of managing the integrated P&L of a business preferably within a Software / hardware vendor. Experienced people manager able to lead and develop a UK based team in an international environment.
