Description
The position takes full responsibility for all external reporting, business commentaries and responses to questions arising from investor analyses of results including: Management discussion and analysis schedules with detailed comparatives each quarter/Quarterly published accounts to a 45 day deadline/Annual consolidated accounts including US GAAP reconciliations/Managing the interface with financiers from the Private Equity house.
You will be a graduate qualified accountant with strong business acumen born of second nature financial and accounting skills. You will relish unravelling complex information and situations into reports and commentary which help current and future investors to understand where the business is going.
It is essential that you possess first class personal and professional presentation skills as befits the person who should go on to play a leading role in Investor Relations with the organisation.
