Description
Our client is an international consultancy offering integrated professional services in the transportation, property, environment and natural resources sectors. A vacancy has arisen for a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to take responsibility for the development of the civil/structural engineering capability within the Bristol team.
The role is very hands on requiring input across all aspects from project management through to detailed design of thermal power and industrial projects both in the UK and internationally. The selected candidate will promote activities and fee-earning project work by delivering excellence in all respects.
The role is that of Principal Engineer/Senior Project Manager with an initial emphasis on project delivery. It is envisaged that the position will develop as the power division continues to grow, with an associated increase in business or man management responsibilities emerging. This should lead to further commercial and managerial opportunities within the group and the right candidate will be able to take advantage of these. Additionally, International opportunities mean that there is a significant scope for future career development within this role.
